Friday, February 13, 2009 Played basketball during night time. Not playing match, just plainly shooting the balls. Acheing here and there now, ONLY SHOOTING BALLS OK. Donkey years never exercise already, how unhealthy am i. Lol. I shall never stop from today, at least exercise once a week and slowing increase the days.
